Our Programs
Our Access2TECH Programs are designed to support entry-level software engineers to successfully persist through job search to employment as software engineers! Access2TECH is composed of 3 programs: Our Access2TECH Software Program Initiative, a 4-month paced tech interview prep program, the Access2TECH Virtual Incubator, a 5-week intensive interview prep program. Our program year culminates in our Access2TECH Virtual Conference that is held annually.
Our Conference
Our Access2TECH Virtual Conference is 3- days of tech workshops, professional development & relationship building towards a more equitable tech ecosystem. We are pleased to spotlight Amazon Web Services as a major Access2TECH 2022 Conference sponsor! AWS will be hosting interview booths at this year's conference where they will interview Access2TECH program participants and select registrants for software engineer and other entry-level tech roles!
